Our Banking Technology Center operates an Oracle FLEXCUBE Support Center that provides maintenance and support to the FLEXCUBE Banking Automation System users in Russia and the CIS countries. The Support Center team consists of Jet staff with Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation experience that has received training in Bangalore, India, and with Oracle Financial Services Software representatives. In order to facilitate customer support, the company has deployed an on-site version of the Oracle FLEXCUBE system localized to meet the requirements of the Central Bank of Russia.
